Qualifications:
- Must be fluent with both Japanese and English.
- Willing to work during night shift.
- Must be have experience in handling data management.
- With high regard with confidential information.
- Can do multitasking.
- Salary: Php 40,000-45,000 plus Language Premium.
Job Purpose:Provide "virtual" administrative personnel to assist and support the Global offices in need with the focus of delivering the following services:
- Determine the detailed corporate requirement and complete deliverables to stakeholders
- Manage contact list and update members database.
- Maintain calendar and set-up meetings accordingly, agenda and distribution.
- Take transcription and handle correspondence, writing and distribution.
- Make travel arrangements as prescribed by stakeholders.
- Prepare and send out e-mail newletters, marketing materials.
- Other ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.
