  • Understand the recruitment demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility/account handled
  • Conducts In-Depth interviews, evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates. Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
  • In-charge of job offer contract management
  • Prepares daily/weekly reports based on function and need
  • Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company
  • Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts
  • Contribute in creating the strategic hiring plans which would help in attracting and recruiting best talent
  • In-Charge of monitoring specific account/s whenever there would be hiring requirements. Acts as an Account POC
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
  • With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
  • Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers)
  • Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Problem solver
  • Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment
  • Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office
  • Strong command of English both oral and written
  • Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements
  • Team Player. Flexible and adaptable to change
