Job Description
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures
  • Supervise and lead recruiting team and report on performance
  • Track recruiting metrics
  • Research and recommend job advertising options
  • Consult with hiring managers to determine requirements
  • Write job descriptions
  • Post requisitions on job boards, social media sites, etc.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
  • Recommend and negotiate candidate salaries
  • Prepare offer letters and facilitate signings
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Recruiting Supervisor, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar position
  • Working experience with an applicant tracking system, e.g., Jazz HR
  • Hands on experience interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates
  • Knowledge of labor regulations
  • Knowledge of current market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Demonstrated team management skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
