Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Management of the weekly temporary employees and payroll submission -
• This includes, communication with temps and ensuring time-sheets are submitted on time before 10 am using, phone, email and MSG Media Messaging system
• Communication with the client via email and recording into System
• Liaison with Paysonline to ensure records are accurate
• An efficiently managed payroll which candidates and client work without issue
• Verification of Visas using VEVO online
• Attaching verified records and passports to the customer record in the bullhorn
• Contacting references for a reference and attaching to the system
• Generating letters & contracts for temps (records attached on bullhorn) Key Outcomes
• Records are up to date and in compliance
• Records are to view and search for
• Optimization of the Zoho Recruit System (Eg – Creating new tables, easy to view profiles for searching/categorization as instructed by Managing Director)
• Creation of a "how to guide" or best practice to create standardization across the business
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the client


• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
• Knowledge of working with temps
• Must be able to be trained up on a payroll process
• Knowledge of bullhorn or zoho databases
• Able to conduct him/herself in a professional manner
• Strong administrative skills
• Well organized and able to work well under pressure
• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - AU time
• Amenable to start immediately
