Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare estimates based on approved plans and justifications that will be used as budget reference.
  • Quantification of required owner-supplied materials on site.
  • Reconciliation and evaluation of progress billings
  • Ensures that the project cost is monitored and maintained.
  • Manage and evaluates cost of variation order claims
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering course or equivalent from a reputable college or university with PRC license
  • At least 1-3 years of solid experience in the same field in a reputable property developer, real estate, contractor or consulting firm
  • Knowledgeable in PH building codes and other related standards
  • Excellent skills with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Methodical and accurate documentation
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and ability to operate office equipment including copy machine, fax, telephone, PC
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
WORK SCHEDULE
  • 6 working days; shifting schedule
