Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities :

• Attends requirements related sessions, as needed

• Creates or provides input to the Test plan for a project

• Works with the customer to gather the business requirements effectively

• Reviews requirements, and logs queries as needed

• Creates test cases according to the test plan. These would address various scenarios including positive flow, alternate flows, negative cases, boundary/extreme conditions, and investigative cases. They would also address any integration scenarios (if applicable)

• Works closely with the development/configuration team to review implementation, and provide feedback from a testing perspective. This will nourish a "code-to-test" type culture

• Execute the test cases defined, as and when the application with appropriate functionality is made available. The test execution can be manual or using specialized automation tools, depending on the need of the project

• Logs issues/bugs found during the execution of test cases, in the appropriate bug/issue tracking tool identified for the project

• Re-test and verify that the bugs/issues are fixed

Education and Required Experience:

• Experience with Salesforce environment is Mandatory

• Proficient in STLC, Agile & Testing methodologies

• Must have 3- 5 years of experience QA & Testing of custom software solutions

• Utilizes analyzing skills to understand the requirements and pose queries

• Experience working and collaborating with team members located in countries like USA, UK and Japan

• Driven by quality & customer focus with a team player attitude

• Experience on direct client discussions, daily status meetings

• Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

• Ability to work on different shifts (India,US,UK shifts)

• Willingness to learn new technologies

• Ability to maintain cordial client relationship

• Good Communication and presentation skills

• Should be willing to travel up to 60%
