Job Description
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project plan to guide project team, monitor and track progress

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Delegate project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using agreed change management procedure

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Conduct risk management

• Report and escalate risks and issues to management as needed

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, according to scope and within budget

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Act as coordinator between stakeholders, internal resources and third parties/vendors

• In-depth knowledge of IT, application life cycle concepts, strategies, and methodologies

• Good overview on front and backend technologies as well as overall architecture

• Knowledgeable in tiered architecture and working in different kinds of applications, systems, and tools:

• Front-end (JS, HTML and CSS-based)

• Middleware (APIs, SOAP and RESTful services, ETL, Message queues, different communication protocols)

• Backend (Database, Servers, File storage, OS-level applications)

• Shell (POSIX)

• Knowledgeable in DevOps tools and CI technologies: Git, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, Jenkins, Docker, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.

• Knowledgeable in on-premises (Linux/Unix, Mainframe, etc.) and cloud implementations (MS Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)

• Has a good background on digital and core banking

• Has a good background on the different banking segments: Retail, Corporate and Wealth

• Has experience managing implementation teams

• Proven working experience in project management

• Proven working experience in business and systems analysis and design

• Proven working experience as full stack developer
