Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing generic accounts email inboxes.
  • Raising manual invoices as requests come through and to financial deadlines
  • Complete daily EFT banking where allocated.
  • Send out letters to allocated accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries received through the generic emails
  • Distributing correspondence to Collectors/Banking Officers as required.
  • Maintenance of customer accounts in the address book.
  • Assisting with the processing and opening of new Customer applications and accounts.
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Liaise with Accounts Receivable Manager.
  • Provide cover for staff on leave.
  • Adhoc tasks as advised.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • With at least 4+ years of Accounts Receivable and Reconciliation experience
  • Has experience with accounting tools like either JDE, SAP or Quickbooks
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Both willing to work in office based setup and temporarily working from home
  • Willing to work in Australian Hours
  • Willing to work in Uptown, BGC
