Professional Development Specialist

Job Description:

The PDS will:

• Participate in Recruiter and Data Analyst interviews and selection

• Prepare and update Training Materials as needed. Collaborate with other team members, Recruiters, Recruitment Specialists, Account Managers, Delivery Specialists, Data Analysts, Recruiting Manager, Human Resources, IT, Management as needed to develop and deliver world class professional training and development to our teams.

• Conduct new hire training for Recruiters as well as on going coaching and development of existing teams.

• Work with Account Managers, Recruiting Manager, Delivery Specialists, other Professional Development Specialists, Recruitment Specialists, Business Information team, Human Resources and Senior Management, to build and increase understanding of Eclaro, our Clients, Tools, and Recruiting to best support Eclaro’s Recruiters' ongoing development

• Daily one on one coaching with Recruiters and Delivery Specialists to aide in requirement evaluation (RQF), sourcing strategy (where to go first, search strings, etc.), screening, salesmanship, pricing, submittal processes, interview preparation, debrief, negotiation, on boarding, etc. (the "37 Recruiter Tasks").

• Identify needs for and facilitate refresher training for Recruiters

• Engage Recruiters to share their knowledge in leading lunch and learns and peer to peer training.

• Stay up to date on HR/Legal Rules, Tool updates (JD, Monster, CB, Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed) to facilitate training on and coordinate effective use by Recruiters

• Send daily feedback on Recruiters coached and follow-ups needed

• Participate in weekly Talent Acquisition Leadership calls, share feedback, insights and suggestions for continuous improvement and innovation.
