Product Support Engineer

Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for end users
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Manage and document system configurations
  • Setting up user-accounts, permissions and passwords (email, skype, active directory)
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Provides first level of support in production environment (e.g client website, back office etc)
  • Acknowledge and accommodate incoming/newly created tickets
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Document standard procedure
  • Accomplish all task or project given by his Superiors

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Required Language(s): English both written and oral
  • Fast learner
  • Background in web and internal infrastructure is a plus
  • Can handle pressure and stress
  • Knowledge in TCP/IP
  • knowledge on how network devices works
  • knowledge in windows server specially in Active directory
  • Responsible in fixing systems and network fault
  • Knowledge in scripting is a plus
  • PC Installation and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of network and system security principles and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among multiple concurrent projects while also handling interrupts
  • At least has a 1-year experience.
  • Can work in a rotational shift 24/7

In addition, our team of network specialists can help monitor the various online services that deliver your sports book and assist in troubleshooting issue due to network infrastructure.

Technical Support - Our technical support can handle first line support for routine issues which typically form the bulk of queries.

We can escalate other queries to the relevant product or IT specialists of our clients or their vendors for their actions. With us handling first line technical support, they only need to maintain a smaller team of specialists and experts.
