Will handle multiple products, as well as succeeding new products and services
Assist Head of Marketing in growing the business by developing and support implementation of marketing strategy of a category / sub-category within the organisation
Monitor performances against plan and take corrective actions to achieve objective by liaising with channels, pricing and promo team
Collaborates with multiple parties, including Marketing (channels, pricing, marketing-technology), product team, engineering, finance, data scientists, Story Lab through campaign brief development, campaign execution or project leadership and contribution
Conduct market research in collaboration with Research Team, oversee marketing road map for the category / sub-category being managed
Collaborates with Pricing Team to develop pricing strategy and set the required prices. To some extent, expected to monitor the works of the junior member in Pricing Team
Monitors, analyses and evaluates market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity to identify growth and retention levers
Monitors, analyses and evaluates product performances and provides feedback, including the customer voices to Product Team
Identify product / service changes to meet customer needs. Liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes
Drives, manages prioritisation of marketing initiatives
Liaises with Channels, Promotions and Pricing specialists to design campaigns and marketing collaterals to target audiences
Graduate from a Marketing/Advertising/Quantitative degree, i.e. Computer science / Computer Engineering / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics degree/Marketing Management/Business/Advertising
At least 5 years of work experience
Excellent in strategy, follow-through, & execution; possesses a growth mindset & can-do attitude
Discretion with handling information
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, while also pay attention to details
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
Good command of English. Local language fluency in both written and spoken format is a plus.
High level of proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, SQL, & data analytics experience and Google Office Suite alternatives

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
