Job Description
Shift: Night Shift (9:00PM to 6:00AM)

Job description/Responsibilities

• Will retrieve patient information on EMR, add information or tag concerns/complaints to the system or pre-screen concerns and direct those to the proper clinic person for disposition.

• Will converse with patients, insurance providers, practitioners, etc.

• Compassionate, emotionally contained and is able to calmly listen to patient grievances or concerns;

• Should be able to pacify patients' complaints using comforting words, verbal assurances, etc.

• Knowledge in basic demographics gathering

• Entry level knowledge on EMR operation


1. With clinical background-preferably Registered Nurse 
2. Good English oral and written communication skills.

3. Compassionate and calm under pressure

4. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

5. Strong decision-making skills
