Job Description

We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Outbound Sales Representative, your role is vital in keeping our customers and employees happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.

As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.


• Contact businesses or private individuals by phone

• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase Motion Telecom Services

• Describe products and services

• Respond to questions

• Obtain customer information

• Obtain possible customer leads

• Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases

• Follow-up on initial contacts

• Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

• Conduct follow up re-order.

• Account collections

• Sales monthly set Target to achieve, along with set number of calls to be achieved per day


• At least 1-year extensive outbound sales experience

• Experience in B2C account is an advantage

• Must have knowledge in excel, search engine etc. to do the necessary administration task.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Must be willing to work with minimal supervision

• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Self-motivated and goal oriented

• Adept at multi-tasking while on a live call

• Attention to detail for recording of account and call information, tracking of results

• A quick learner for adapting to new CRM process

• Also, willing to do multi-tasking and additional task and duties assigned at any given time by seniors and management.
