Loop Contact Solutions is looking for Operations Managers who welcome the challenges of working in a brand-new company positioned for growth.

What we are looking for:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing multiple accounts successfully
  • Very good sales manager skills illustrated through campaigns previously handled
  • Excellent skills in process creation and improvement
  • Proficiency to think big picture and conceptualize big picture plans, but at the same time willingness to roll up sleeves and do small tasks when necessary
  • Ability to put together reports that make sense. Reasonable knowledge of Excel and other basic reporting tools.
  • Independent. Needs no hand holding.
  • People person. Great motivator.
  • Pleasing personality, professional.
  • Great work ethics and attitude. Team player.

This position will be client facing, and will be working directly with the Operations Director and the owner of the company.
