WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE?
As part of the HR team you will be solely responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment as well as offering a high quality approach to each assignment, understanding it may take time to secure the right candidate.

WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Develop and implement a proactive, innovative and customer centric approach to the employee life-cycle experience including:
  • creation of a seamless experience due to coordination of employee administration/transactional processes in all stages of employee life cycle including onboarding and induction
  • being the go-to person for employee and related Recruitment workflows in the company
  • Be ta subject matter expert for all Resourcing issues
  • Manage the global talent acquisition and sourcing strategy, including internal referral program, career page, external job boards and preferred suppliers
  • Ensure new starter information is generated accurately and in a timely manner in conjunction with HR shared services & Payroll
  • Support business leaders in effective recruitment, including training and coaching where required
  • Manage and negotiate designated agency relationships, ensuring that agreed service levels are assured and achieved
  • Manage the maintenance of an effective and efficient Recruitment Management System
  • Continually assess all sourcing processes and check points to maintain consistent alignment with compliance policies and organisational values
  • Support the remuneration review framework by carrying out competitor salary and benefits benchmarking in relation to attracting new hires.
  • Report and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of resourcing. Maintain reports, analyse metrics and data to develop meaningful conclusions
  • Implement service level agreements for minimum standards and best practice processes
  • Create Job Descriptions


WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?
  • Experienced Recruitment Coordinatr who has gained excellent knowledge of the broad fundamentals of all aspects of Recruitment
  • Experienced and talented recruiter, confident in applying creative approaches and contemporary searching solutions, with exposure to international recruitment and agency management
  • Solutions focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
