Work schedule: Night shift 
Cisco Certified Network Professional - Required

Responsibilities:
  • To provide 24x7 support in a rotation schedule basis 
  • To perform technical implementation based on requests from internal and external customers following Telus Change Management Process and Change windows. 
  • Implement network Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletion compliant to Telus Managed IT Service process. 
  • Participate in design, implementation, maintenance, support, and optimization of Telus Data Center 
  • Network for internal and external customers and existing and for future projects involving: 
                  - Network (LAN,)

                  - Security (Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancing System, ISE)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Cisco: Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, CSR, ASR, ISR 
  • F5: LTM, GTM, AFM 
  • Fortinet: Network Security Technology Foundations 
  • ITIL Knowledge or Certification 
  • LAN Protocols and Technologies: FabricPath, STP, Port-Channel, Virtual Port-Channel 
  • Virtualization Technologies: VRF, VDOM, VSYS, Context, VDC, VLAN, PVLAN 
  • Solarwinds - Orion Platform, NCM NPM, NTA 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to respond to external and internal requests
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder 
  • At least 5  years of equivalent work experience 
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional - Required
