Job Description
Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Prepare accurate and timely reports. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Job Qualifications POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

DIGITAL PRODUCTS/TELCO/GAMING TECHNICAL SUPPORT
PHP 16,000 - PHP20,000 monthly basic plus performance bonuses on top of packaged salary and instant HMO.
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma.
No previous work experience required.
Good English communications skills are required.
Candidate must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City, Pasay City, Quezon City, Makati City or Taguig City.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT/HELPDESK
PHP21,000 - PHP27,000/month
Candidate must have finished any 4-year course.
Good English communications skills are required.
Candidate must be willing to work in Pasig City, Quezon City or Taguig City
