Perform Application Server Administration

Application Server Maintenance activities for Weekly and Monthly schedules

Monitoring Application Events and incidents.

Application build staging, deployment and post deployment sanity test

Handling Service requests of Applications users

Handling transferred and escalated requests from L1/NOC team

Monitoring Transactions and troubleshooting transaction failures.

Handling Telecom application related issues related with subscription, service activation and payments

Work in coordination with Development team for bug fixes and new releases

Managing shared service platform of different Telecom services

Escalation management, documentation and reporting
