Job Description

  • • Middleware Facility Management experience on most of the below Middleware:

    o Oracle Weblogic

    o IBM WebSphere

    o IBM Filenet

    o Crystal Report (including Tomcat Application Server)

    o Netrust NServer (including Tomcat Application Server)

    o SingPass/CorpPass Service Provider Module (including Tomcat Application Server)

    • Monitoring the latest firmware and software patches available from the Middleware vendor

    • Co-ordination with the principal Middleware vendor to obtain the latest and necessary firmware and software patches;

    • Middleware Account administration

    • Log management and extraction

    • Job management and Service management;

    • Monitoring and fine-tuning the performance of the Middleware

    • Coordination with infrastructure team's on all infrastructure matters, including operating system, backup, capacity and etc.

    • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
