Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Senior Media Planner and Buyer in the team and manage daily execution jobs
  • Build a deep understanding of client goals and objectives and translate through client communication, media plans and presentations
  • Be able to identify audience habits and illustrate a day-in-the-life of consumers to map out the best way to reach our clients audience
  • Plan, strategize and communicate advanced programmatic media campaigns that includes; display, video, paid social, native, digital radio, ppc, email and more
  • Implement digital media plans and monitor the whole process from client briefing to buying
  • Ensure that campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies with regular and accurate performance reports
  • Manage multiple deadlines from multiple project layers including ad ops, campaign management, reporting, client expectations and upper management
  • Work with the DS&M teams to monitor, analyze and report on campaign results and make regular recommendations on how to optimize campaign performance
  • Negotiating digital media space with media owners or suppliers
  • Researching digital trends and new developments in the competitive landscape, identifying ways to incorporate into GroWorx’ strategic initiatives
  • Proactively identify project risks, process inefficiencies and execute solutions
  • Apply SEO best practices to Groworx and client websites
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to serve as a client facing campaign leader team member
  • Experience working with different ad tech and marketing platforms
  • Proficient in various media planning tools and dashboards
  • SEO capability, from planning to execution (AdWords, web optimisation etc)
  • Ability to handle multiple, high priority assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
  • Committed to cultivating thought leadership and producing POVs for team members and clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively to contribute ideas that will drive value to GroWorx and its clients
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, evolving, fast-moving environment and wear multiple hats at a moments notice

  • Certifications in Facebook and Google are preferred
  • 3-4 years of digital media experience or media planning with emphasis in programmatic and search
