• Experience creating and managing online material on websites

• The ability to strategize, compose and manage social media, web and EDM content.

• Refined skills in development, design and deployment of eDM’s

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and "influencer" marketing best practices and processes

• Ability to disseminate data, analyse and provide insight to "next steps"

• Experience with online chat

• Experience with Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram Marketing

• Experience with Social Selling (Linkedin Sales Navigator)

• Maintain awareness of competitor activities, product offerings and communicate to management on a regular         basis 
• Maintain effective communication with operations to ensure a unified approach and professional standard is delivered.

• The confidence to engage with the market through social media and review sites

• Self-motivated and demonstrates a high degree of initiative

• Creativity and design ability, including creative writing skills

• Excellent organisational and event management skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to relate well to people of all ages and backgrounds

• A professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality

• The ability to work independently, yet also work collaboratively in a team environment and with a wide range of stakeholders

• Capacity to be flexible and work effectively in a changing work environment

Skill Set

• 2 to 3 years experience in social media marketing, web and EDM

• Experience with Social Selling (Linkedin Sales Navigator)

• Must have strong computer efficiency

• Good experience with sourcing candidates via database and online

• Previously worked with applicant tracking system

• Must be highly organised

• Must be able to work well with others and independently

• Must have excellent command in English (both written and verbal)

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - AU Timezone

• Amenable to start immediately
