Responsible for collaboratively driving the execution of the market entry focusing on:
Delivering insight-led marketing communications to support achievement of business plans
Building the brand
Driving efficiency of marketing spends
Building and leading a high performing team, both direct and via agency partners
The Marketing Head is expected to have strong leadership skills and ability to translate vision into client segmentation and targeting and proposition positioning. He or She is extremely agile with superb communication, time-management and process-management skills. Marketing Head leads a team towards a vision, in small steps, regularly stopping along the way to check-in, adjust, calibrate and keeps moving forward.
More than 5 years leadership of marketing and/or customer development functions
Leading the development of market and customer propositions
Knowledge of all facets of banking, including assets and liabilities
Leveraging global best practice to implement best in class marketing activity
Track record of developing strategic partnerships to drive business forward
Ability to build relationships with technology partners to derive ROI of marketing
Engaging entire organisations and getting them to buy-in to the marketing mission
Managing a P&L or significant marketing budget
Testing and learning of marketing activity to continually improve performance
Proven experience in leveraging customer intelligence to create engaging and effective marketing communications
Proven experience in working with PR and internal communications to create truly integrated marketing propositions

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
