We are looking for talented individual to join our marketing team in this brand new dual role. Based in our Manilla office you'll assist the marketing team in Sydney with coordinating and carrying out the day-to-day production of artwork for a variety of media, including print and digital based material. You will also aid the team as Marketing Assistant carrying out various marketing duties. You'll ensure that your work meets our high brand standards and creative objectives. Your strong creative eye will shine through in your designs. Your ability to relate well to both internal and external customers will set you apart.
DESIGN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with our Creative Director you will assist with graphic design/production for the wider Smartline Group of 300+ franchisees as well as our head office.
Ensure artwork produced is high quality and work within time constraints that meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Contribute ideas and work collaboratively with the marketing team.
Assist with the development of innovative online and social media content that support and enhance campaigns.
MARKETING ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for updating directory listings (including Google) for our 300+franchise network.
Update content on our website via our Wordpress platform (training on Wordpress will be provided).
Creating email marketing templates in our electronic marketing platform, Campaign Monitor (training on how to use Campaign Monitor will be provided).
Become expert in Amplify, our social media platform, to assist franchisees with training and connection issues (full training on how to use Amplify will be provided).
Help new franchisees set up Facebook Business pages, websites and blogs (all templated and training will be provided).
Other ad hoc duties for the team as needed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of Artwork specifications when creating finished art for both print and digital platforms.
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of digital media processes and protocols, including web and social media preferred
Knowledge of Campaign Monitor and/or Wordpress a plus but not essential
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills are essential, with a strong customer focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to problem solve quickly to find mutually beneficial outcomes
A 'can-do' attitude, a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
