Lifecycle Analytics Head

Job Description

• Leads a team of product and analysts in using data and analytics to drive visibility, insights and actions to facilitate decision making to push for product adoption, and growth.

• Drives and manages the Product Lifecycle in collaboration with Product Managers to drive traffic, user base and revenue of the product among subscribers.

• Reviews and recommends product strategy and portfolio to increase Average Traffic per Unit to help drive revenues and profitability.

• Analyzes existing product traffic performance and helps identify product needs and issues and recommends solutions to bring the product back on track, or else recommend its retirement.

• Keeps a daily view and tracking of all relevant product statistics, and performs data modeling using advanced math and statistics to build some hypothesis on why a product is behaving as such. Also builds traffic forecast using data analytics.

• Helps internal stakeholders in understanding, interpreting and analyzing massive data sets.

• Establishes product KPIs, dashboards and ongoing reporting of the health of key drivers of the product.

• Provides product insights to periodic (monthly, quarterly) brand business reviews.


• 10 or more years of experience required in related field in the telecommunications industry (e.g. product development, product management, project management, program management, etc.)

• Customer usage analytics background with emphasis on data analysis.

• Extensive experience and knowledge in the telecommunications industry.

• Direct experience with Product Development and Management.

• Must have excellent communication skills at all levels, a change maker, influencer, and able to inspire others.
