Job Description

The client is a Digital Marketing and Business Consulting Service company that makes a difference.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generates new business opportunities by outbound phone prospecting while overcoming objection handling.

• Listens to and identify business needs, understand pain points, and position TNT United Services a compelling solution.

• Qualify prospects over the phone using established criteria, and pass opportunities to sales.

• Identify opportunities for prospects to learn more about TNT United Services Inc. solutions by asking leading questions.

• Build rapport quickly and generate prospect interest in connecting and learning more about TNT United Services Inc. by scheduling appointments for Webs Demos or in-person interviews as a next step.

• Act as a conduit between marketing, sales, and customers or prospects, answering questions and directing customers as appropriate to the correct resource within the organization.

• Schedule appointments through scheduling system.

• Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM, system.

• Work continually towards self-development, including ongoing and current knowledge of customer service sales procedures and best practices

• Identify opportunities for prospects to learn more about TNT United Services Inc. solutions by asking leading questions.

• Send in end of day reports daily, video call twice a week.

• Schedule quality appointments or conference calls

• Send follow up information

• Meet or exceed sales quotas

• Performs other duties related to the company upon request.


• 2 to 3 years of experience as a lead generation specialist

• Must have a good working knowledge of computer & internet. Digital Marketing & outbound cold calling experience is highly preferred.

• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Must be able to be productive when working independently.

• Must have good listening skills and excellent proficiency with reading and writing in English. Formulating professional emails.

• Must have computer/ internet connection must be 5mps or more & have Skype or video call and have virus protection on the computer.

• Must be punctual, trustworthy

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work part time 4 hour a day - US EST

• Amenable to start immediately
