Company:

The client finds motivated sellers and connect them with cash buyers. They specialize in analyzing each market around the country and solving distressed home owners' problems.

Roles and Res ponsibilities:

• Set up appointments

• Conduct cold calling to 250 contacts daily

• Filter various real estate lists to find motivated sellers

• Make appointments daily matching the lead managers schedule

• Follow up with sellers

Skills"

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Great communication skills are required. Fluent in English.

• Experience with working for a real estate company

• Experience with conducting cold calls

• Experience with setting appointments

• Excellent phone etiquette

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - US EST

• Amenable to start immediately
