Job Description:

Customer Service/ Sales Officer


-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

-Answer questions about products or the company

-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

-Enter and update customer information in the database

-Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


-Native Korean
-Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

-Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

-Excellent knowledge of English

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints


-Native Korean
• Create & supervising the website from the content, look, flow, usability making sure that it runs well, and giving suggestion to improve the website system time to time.

• Creating & Managing client & day to day related database together with CS team.

• Supervising CS team workflow and coaching regarding customer servicing etiquette.

• Troubleshooting for various problems: software, work related incident, workflow related problems.

• Giving initiative to improve work efficiency (software, tools, service, etc.).

• Managing online sites (in various digital media platform / social media site).

• Developing and executing promotions.

• Research regarding industry competitor, customer, information and promotions.
