Job Description
We are looking for Offshore Recruiters to support a company based in the US with their hiring requirements. Identified candidates will be responsible for the talent acquisition life cycle including sourcing, phone, and resume screening, interviewing, and candidate onboarding, the incumbent will support business units by achieving set recruiting targets.

Responsibilities: 
  • Executing recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels for remote resources across the organization
  • Working directly with hiring managers to define position requirements, job competencies and candidate profiles
  • Creatively source candidates from a variety of recruiting channels (social media, Boolean searches, database mining)
  • Ownership through various stages of the onboarding process (follow-up, orientation, etc.)
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes 

Qualifications: 
  • Must have at least one (1) year recruiting/talent acquisition-related experience
  • Experienced with sourcing talent from a variety of channels (internet sourcing/advertising, applicant databases, etc.)
  • Experience with the applicant tracking system
  • Prior Recruiting Business Process Outsourcing/Offshoring experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable United States federal, state and local laws regarding employment practices, preferred
  • Proficiency in phone and computer skills, including MS Windows, MS Office, email and internet
  • Ability to learn additional applications as necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig at 8pm or 9pm shift
