Job Description • Conceptualize and write engaging content for millennials on topics of personal finance and insurance for the company blog • Drive the growth of blog traffic by coming up with interesting topics on comparing and saving • Ensure the content adheres to the standards of quality set by the company • Ensure that content ranks high on google search by using relevant keywords and links
Qualifications • Must have proven editorial and writing skills and able to provide a writing portfolio or links to • online published original work • Has strong research skills and ability to position our content to latest market trends • Has strong attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills • Needs to have a strong interest in digital marketing (especially SEO and social media) • A problem solver with a results driven work ethic driven by continuous learning

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
