ITO: Network Security Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:

-To process Tier2 type of network and security changes following change management processes

-To provide Tier2 Network and Security 24x7 support; escalate to Onshore Tier3 where and when applicable and necessary based on severity and situation of the incident

- To provide administrative tasks for change approval process as well as information gathering for auditing purposes
Required Skills and Knowledge on:

- Bachelor's Degree Holder 
- ITIL Knowledge or certification
- Atleast 3 years of significant work experience

- Check point Certificate Security Administrator is a plus

- Cisco: Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, ACE, ACS, ASR, ISR

- Ethernet & IP v4


- Fortinet - Network Security Technology Foundations

- Juniper SRX - Juniper Networks Certified Specialist Security (JNCIS-SEC)

- LAN protocols and technologies such as FabricPath, STP, virtual port channel, QoS, HSRP

- SolarWinds - Orion Platform, OFSMM, IPAM, NCM, NPM, NTA, QoE, Toolset
