- Providing remote support to end users for IT related issues and requests – both hardware and software
- Manage and monitor all end user devices via MDM (i.e. Maraki, Jamf or similar) and ensure all devices are kept up to date.
- Perform general application administration (OneLogin, GSuite, MS Office, etc.)
- Develop, establish and maintain Onboarding and Offboarding procedures.
- Procure and manage IT inventory, by working with quoting, receiving goods, software management/licence compliance, etc. and updating documentation as required.
- Develop, establish and promote IT best practices around security and compliance as well as conduct regular training.
- Organize the distribution and collection of equipment.
- Experience with MacBooks, MacOS and Apple Business Manager, preferred
- Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) (i.e. Maraki, Jamf or similar), preferred
- Experience with Telecommunications and VOIP systems
- Experience with Network architecture and deployment
- Knowledge of network hardware equipment installation, configuration, replacing, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of firewalls (monitoring, policy configuration, auditing, and software updates), DNS/DHCP, and load balancers
- Experience with DevOps and AWS
- Effective Cloud and tool cost management
- Current knowledge of the modern IT landscape, including cyber security, network management and digital infrastructures
- ISO27001/SOC2 compliance projects, nice to have
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent work experience in computer networking and technical support or a related field.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience in an IT operations, support or coordination function
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, with the willingness to share solutions and ideas to technology challenges.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-tasking, coupled with the ability to perform duties off hours and on an on-call basis as required.

- The role is temporarily on a work from home set up but must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City; graveyard shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM MNL)
