Responsible for understanding and analyzing current business processes, identify gaps and pain points of the client
Coordinates with business users and project managers for data gathering
Elicits and analyzes information from various sources; Documents requirements as a results of business and requirements analysis
Facilitates walkthrough with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are correctly captured and documented and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications
Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide recommended IT solutions and process improvement plan to clients addressing their pain points
Ensures general understanding of high and low-level information between all project stakeholders
Review testing scenarios to ensure that they are aligned with requirements stated in software documentation.
Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing, providing post implementation support to business stakeholders and end-users through user manual documentations and facilitation of user trainings
In your role, you will:
Document high-level and detailed user requirements which may span multiple business domains
Document current and to-be business processes and high-level product requirements specifications
Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements (i.e. Performance/Turnaround Time, Data Retention, Usability, Interoperability, etc.)in use-case format
Create walkthrough deck in preparation for the UAT proper
Document user manuals and training decks for post implementation support
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in Business Analysis - Software Development
BA Certification is an advantage
SDLC Understanding is a must
Agile - Scrum Framework knowledge is required, can write and has experience on creating Product Backlog / User Stories

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
