Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years’ experience in Dell Boomi Development
Understanding of EDI Documents and X12 EDI Standards
Understanding of the Quote to cash process
Understand different integration patterns
Integration approach for NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday would be plus
Familiar with Netsuite/Salesforce Data Models.
Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills
Record of strong advancement and achievement
Architect technical solutions to business problems and work closely with the business
Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced and continually evolving environment
Creative problem solver who can think beyond status quo.
Strong relationship building
Willing to work Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm Manila Time)

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
