Job Description
  • Management of the SALES CYCLE, from Lead Generation up to closing and account management (existing clients)
  • Lead Identification, qualification and management of the sales pipeline. Ensuring CRM (Hubspot) is utilized at all times
  • Contacting leads and signing up to our Online Management Ordering product (OMO).
  • Cold calling, outbound-calling, closing and up-selling to new and existing customers.
  • Understanding and adhering to our OMO onboarding and customer go-live process.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong motivational and relationship building skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Hubspot advantageous)
  • Creative and Innovative. A highly analytical individual who usually think out of the box.
  • Driven and a contributor of a high-performance sales culture
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, good business sense
  • Ability to identify customer objections and recommend solutions to team
  • Has at least 3 years sales experience in a B2B environment (highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of sales metrics, lists and data segmentation
  • Experience in start-up operations and development of processes and team structure (advantageous)
  • Composure and resilience – can handle rejection
