Job Description
Company:

The client is a full service relocation company based in the Bay Area of California.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to inbound leads off of Facebook

• Call and follow up with leads that came in overnight

• Perform lead follow up on leads that have requested a call back

• Once a lead has been nurtured and is ready to speak to an Agent, coordinate the lead to the sales team

• Other tasks that may be assigned

Skills:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role

• Knowledge in Top Producer (CRM) an advantage

• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written

• Excellent phone etiquette

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day – US Time

• Amenable to start immediately
