Managing and maintaining client monitoring and performance
Reporting on client systems
Scripting and automation of client systems as required.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Supporting client devices and resolving patching or other issues by phone utilising remote control software.
Troubleshooting desktop, network and server issues.
Accurate recording of tasks completed and time taken.
Produce and update quality technical client documentation.
To be successful will require:
Solid experience with backup products such as ShadowProtect, Veam and Acronis.
Solid experience with Anti-Virus products such as Kasperky, Webroot and others.
Solid experience in scripting, in particular Powershell scripting.
Solid experience and knowledge in management of devices using RMM tools like Kaseya, AEM, Solarwinds (we use AEM)
Solid experience administering and managing Windows Server.
Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider.
Ability to think through complex problems.
Highly detailed, and very well organised.
Will take responsibility for tasks.
A passion for excellent customer service.
Able to manage and build great working relationship with the existing team as well as our clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Microsoft Certification (MCSE, MCSA)
4 hours between Monday to Friday 5:30AM - 2:30PM Manila Time
Homebased but required to report at Alabang office once a week

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
