Job Description
Responsibilities;

  • Analyze learning and development needs; 
  • plan, design, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate training and development programs to develop the skills, knowledge and behavior required for effective and efficient business deliver; 
  • Work with OD to align individual development needs with business needs; 
  • Coach and mentor trainees to ensure effective transfer of learning from classroom to the workplace 
  • Evaluate training courses and other learning & development initiatives in terms of effectiveness in delivering skills and competencies aligned with business needs 
Qualifications;
  • Degree in HR/OD, Business related courses or other relevant 4-year courses. 
  • MBA and/or Certification in Training are desirable 
  • At least five years work experience, with three years of exposure and experience conducting leadership training courses. 
  • Knowledge of and experience in adult learning, blended learning and instructional design and development techniques. 
  • Chinese language competency is a plus 
  • Must be amenable to work in Makati City. Flexible schedule.
