Position Purpose:
Responsible for the administration of policies and procedures for labor relations within the Company. Negotiates agreements, conducts grievance hearings.

Specific duties & responsibilities:
  1. Generates and prepares HRLR reports
  2. Responsible for daily administration of general policies and programs labor relations.
  3. Handles and mediates employee disputes
  4. Ensures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
  6. Handle employee relation issues (Disciplinary Cases and DOLE Cases)
  7. Handles resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing law suits against the employer.
  8. Assist in the preparation of reports for legislated requirements or organizational needs.
  9. Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to internal customers.
  10. Prepares all documentation necessary for all case management concerns (Such as but not limited to NTEs, NODs, RTWOs, Admin Invites, etc.)
  • Degree in BS/AB Psychology, Human Resources Management and other related courses.
  • With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in ER/ Labor Relations or must have a working knowledge on PH Labor Laws
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
