Project Managers in this role get to:
Drive Sutherland forward: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure product/service is scoped correctly. Work closely with the client/customer. Work closely with the key functional leads across Recruiting Management, Service Delivery Management, Training Management, Quality Assurance Team and Information Technology/Telecom Management
Impact the bottom line: Ability to create detailed project plans with key milestones, critical paths, resource plans, resource loading, change control, IT engagement activities and risk management
Control Risk: Manage project dependencies and risk/issue escalations
Our most successful candidates will have:
Bachelors degree (4yrs.) required. Masters degree a plus.
Minimum of five to seven years total work experience within different vertical market segments such as telecom, retail, banking, healthcare, etc.
Work experience to include exposure to IT, telecommunications, and application development
Minimum of three years successfully managing the complete project life cycle involving multiple functions and teams of 10+ people.
Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills; ability to assess and anticipate client needs and instill confidence.
Experience in using project management tools, such as MS Project.
Certification in PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred, but will be required after 1 year
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of management, internal and external vendors/partners, functional leaders, team members, etc.
Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
Strong analytical, computer, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to execute a variety of projects across multiple geographies and business cultures;
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects (3-5 projects)
Previous BPO industry experience preferred, but not required

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
