As an HR Manager, you are the front line to our employees and functional leaders. We need someone who can quickly become a trusted advisor to our leadership team in Manila and our partners in HR. You will provide both hands-on and strategic expertise across a broad spectrum of human resource subject matter areas including talent management and retention, employee relations, career developmentandconflict resolution.
Bachelors' degree in human resources, general business or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Philippines labor law and employee relations best practices with 7+ years of HR experience
Ability to work across more than one shift based on business need
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain strict confidentiality in managing challenging and/or sensitive situations
Ability to establish trust and credibility and act with complete integrity
Strong business acumen and broad HR experience with a proven track record as a business partner, and in collaborating with HR colleagues, functional specialists and internal clients
Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions and support actions
Self-starter with the ability to adapt interpersonal style and influence effectively at all levels in the organization
Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
