-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Human Resource -Management, Psychology, Education, Business, and/or other related field
-At least 1 year working experience being an HR or HR Generalist
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
-Excellent computer skills- MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
-Patient, organized, team player, and detail-oriented
-Trustworthy, able to maintain high level of confidentiality at all times
-Willing to work in Quezon City
-Willing to work overtime, Saturdays, and Sundays (if needed)
-Willing to travel
-Implements programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, and records management
-Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information
-Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems
-Completes special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions.
-Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues.
-Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
-Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
