Job Description
Main Activities & Responsibilities
  • Implementation and execution of all compensation & benefits, medical and occupational health and safety services of the company including identification of initiatives and the necessary resources (vendors, supplies, equipment).
Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Provide, attend and monitor first aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other illnesses
  • Plan and implement medical services events and initiatives (Annual Physical Exam, Flu Vaccine etc.) to improve the company’s over-all health standing
  • Manage and administer medical supplies and equipment
  • Maintain relevant reports and provide management with usable feedback to improve medical servces policies and practices 
OH&S
  • Provide services covering specific areas of Occupational Health & Safety, including Workers’ Compensation, accidents and injuries investigation, corrective and preventative measures, organisational facility inspections, while complying with local and international rules and regulations. 
  • Provide interpretation and counsel to Line Management and employees regarding Occupational Health & Safety policies, programs and practices. 
  • Research Occupational Health & Safety issues and developing recommendations to resolve Line Management issues.
  • Maintain relevant reports and provide management with usable feedback to improve OH&S policies and practices

  • Knowledge of medical services best practices
  • Knowledge of human resource organisational policies and practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety best practice
  • Relationship management

  • Excellent communication skills 
Qualifications and Experience
  • 2 year experience in the specified function
  • With certification on basic First Aid and Life Support training
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
Special Circumstances
  • Willingness to render overtime if needed
  • Willingness to travel/work during rest days if needed
  • Willingness to accept special tasks
