Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

  • Open to work on a project based employment (6 months) subject to extension

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.

Job Scope:
  • Provide admin support to HR: encoding, handling and screening of calls, filing and updating of records, scheduling of appointments, process of supplies requests, maintain files, process leaves, SAP records, and biometrics
  • Process payroll
  • Process employee benefit claims
  • Maintenance and processing of the ff: 201 files, preparation of certificates, employment contracts, reports, newly hired employees requirements, files of resigned employees
  • Assist in the training department
  • Other clerical tasks that may be assigned from time to time
