Job Description

• Provides support in leading the HR Team and in developing the skills and capabilities of staff
• Monitors staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and demeanor
• Provides information and assistance in priority tasks and projects
• Coordinates employee training 
• Performs other related duties as required


• Must be a Graduate of Management Courses, preferably Psychology. Preferably with Masteral Degree.
• Must have HR background with adequate working knowledge of a minimum of 5 years
• Must have solid working experience in all key HR areas preferably from a BPO Industry
• Must possess strong leadership skills with knowledge in delegating, mentoring, and coaching
• Must have a clear understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and its application

• Must have advanced problem solving skills
• Must have advanced counseling skills
• Must have strong verbal and listening communication skills
• Must have above average English written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
• Must demonstrate sound work ethics
• Must be trustworthy with high level of integrity
• With strong and pleasing personality
• With good analytical skills and good judgement
• Can work in a fast paced work environment
• Applicants must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or Equivalent
• Full-Time position(s) available
