The role acts as the liaison between HR/Admin heads and entire workforce, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. The job reports to the HR/Admin Officer and HR Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform timekeeping duties including but not limited to daily attendance tracking, submission of attendance reports to department heads and payroll, etc.
Monitor and update employees’ leaves.
Prepare and disseminate notices, correspondences and memoranda.
Prepare new employee files and ensure Pre-employment requirements are complete.
Maintain and regularly update HR/Admin files and databases.
Assist in the new employee orientation from time to time.
Oversee and process purchasing of office supplies.
Maintain an efficient employee records and filing system and ensure that all confidential matters pertaining to HR administration are kept confidential.
Prepare requirements and process work visas and permits of expats.
Perform other HR & Admin-related duties as assigned.
A Bachelor College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity/role, preferably with similar organizations.
Has basic background of various HR facets.
Knowledgeable in standard software applications including MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other office productivity tools is an advantage
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, fast learner, team player, confident with proactive attitude, possess good interpersonal skills, maintain strict confidentiality, can deal with different types of personalities, and has the ability to multitask.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
