At least 5 years work experience related to System Administration
Strong background in Linux Admin
Solid Understanding of Networking: TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, Firewalls
Proficient with virtualisation technology such as VMware, HyperV, KVM or Xen
Good to have:
Experience with public cloud technology
Experience with common LEMP/LAMP stacks
Proven configuration management skills and mindset - experience with Puppet
Experience with network monitoring protocols and management systems (Nagios, Netflow, SNMP)
Experience with backup technologies and support
Some experience in a programming language such as Ruby, Python or Perl

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
