Job Description

  • Minimum Qualification Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology/ Management. An undergraduate major in Accountancy is a definite advantage.

    • At least 6 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

    • Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation

    • Must be able to relate to large information-based organizations and comfortable dealing with senior executives from a variety of cultures

    • Excellent written and oral communication and technical documentation skills in English

    • Strong collaborator with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment

    • Self-motivated and with strong organizational skills

    • Must have the ability to understand and relate to new products, technology, or strategy and be able to follow directions.

    • Proven ability to conduct independent research by analyzing relationships among several parts of a problem or situation; breaking down a complex task into manageable parts in a systematic way, recognizing several likely causes of events, or several consequences of actions and generally anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps

    • Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts

    • Previous experience in implementing and support of Oracle E-Business Suite in HRMS (HR, Payroll and Benefits modules) and other custom applications will be a definite advantage.

    • Good grasp of Oracle AP, AR and PO modules; Understanding of basic Accounting Principles.
