MicroSourcing is currently in need of a Customer Service Representative for our healthcare account in Ortigas.

Job Description:
  • Obtain verifications for medical providers, including but not limited to:
    • AMA/AOA Profile
    • National Practitioner Database (NPDB)
    • Hospital Affiliations
    • State License
    • SAM/EPLS
  • Data entry and document uploading into the clients software


Qualifications:
  • Strong data entry and analytical skills: Ability to identify source material and verify accuracy and completeness of details
  • Must be detail oriented and organized, meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to learn and adjust quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with credentialing verification not required, but preferred
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig on a shifting schedule
