Position Title – Recruitment Analyst

Employment Type (TP, Direct Contract, Permanent) – Permanent (or) 6 Months Direct Contract with HCL

Job Description (Given a precise outline of Responsibilities involved, Duties, Domain etc)

The Recruitment Analyst will support current growth and aggressive hiring goals in PH. This individual will have the passion and ability to positively impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting function to help source, assess, and select qualified and diverse candidates.

Key Accountabilities:

• Facilitate meetings with hiring leaders to confirm hiring requirements and offer solution based approaches to filling key positions.

• Foster strong and consultative relationships with stakeholders-Hiring Managers, International Recruitment Team and Global Shared Services Team etc.

• Articulate Customer's employee value proposition

• Maintain full compliance with tool workflows to ensure data integrity, and comply with all internal and external hiring regulations and audit requirements.

• Support reporting requirements.

• Offer ideas on process improvements, making work scalable, and mitigating risks.

• Full compliance to ensure data integrity as well as comply with all internal and external hiring regulations and audit requirements.

• Participate in Sourcing/Recruiting activities.

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably a Bachelor degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline

• At least 2 years recruiting experience handling heavy volume and/or complex recruiting processes.

• Some expertise in recruitment analytics/metrics and event management.

• Experience working with top management with strong interpersonal skills.

• Good familiarity with recruiting systems and demonstrate use/expertise.

• Good foundation in shared service processes.

• Ability to work independently and create/develop project plans.
