Job Description

  • Job Description:

    - Deliver quality reports on time, through the use of Microsoft and Adobe Publishing tools.

    - Closely work with Global teams and leaders

    - Adhere to document standards and design patterns to produce high quality products, create and manage files and folders for ongoing projects and completed work according to company standards.

    - Typesets, layouts and designs marketing collaterals of the company

    - Identify and correct defects during quality assurance process

    - Work with management and internal clients to clarify document requirements, suggest alternatives as appropriate and develop templates and sample "mock ups"

    - Produce and deliver final documents in accordance with quality, efficiency and timeliness requirements


    - MUST be a Graduate of any 4 year course

    - Good to Excellent Communication skills

    - Proficient in using Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After effects etc)

    - ATLEAST 1 YEAR solid work experience specializing in Typesetting, Layouting, Pre-press, Graphic Designing, Desktop Publishing or equivalent is required for this position.

    - Skills required: Leadership, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Time Management, Interpersonal skills.

    - Must be willing to work in BGC, TAGUIG

    - Amenable to work on a SHIFTING schedule
